# Upgrade RAGFlow

You can upgrade RAGFlow to the dev version or the latest version:

- The Dev version (Development version) is the latest, tested image.
- The latest version is the most recent, officially published release. For example, `v0.13.0`.


## 1. Upgrade RAGFLOW_IMAGE

Update **ragflow/docker/.env** as follows:

## Pull the latest code

Pull the latest code from inside Docker:

```bash
git pull
```

## Update RAGFlow image and restart RAGFlow

```bash
docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.yml pull
docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.yml up -d
```
